Sowing the seeds of leadership:

"

A family’s mission to improve hill tribe communities."

"

"…I spoke briefly to the farmers assembled there for a meeting, while he translated, a surreal experience. I was honoured to be there, and heartened by his work. (The Foundation is well worth a donation.)"

“My internship went beyond volunteering at an organization, I gained a Thai family, friends, and memories for a lifetime.”

TESTIMONIALS

My time at leadership home taught me the true meaning of community. The work they do is full of care, laughter, mentoring, and belonging. The kids at leadership home know what it means to be supported

and loved.

Our time at Leadership Home was truly the highlight of our trip. Being immersed in the lives of these incredible children was profoundly impactful—especially for our kids, ages 10 and 12.

They witnessed firsthand how little these children have, yet how much joy and kindness they share. It opened their hearts and minds in ways we never expected, giving them a whole new perspective on life. My son even said, ‘Mom, that was my favorite part of our whole trip.’ And despite the language barrier, it felt as though we were communicating the entire time—proof that love and connection transcend words. We can't wait to return every year.
