WHAT WE DO
At Borderless Friendship Foundation, we empower vulnerable and marginalised children, especially those from remote hill tribe communities and conflict-affected areas by providing access to safe shelter, education, healthcare, and emotional support.
We work hand-in-hand with local and international partners to:

Rescue & care for children who have been abandoned, orphaned, or displaced by poverty and conflict.

Ensure every
child has access to nutritious food, clean water, and a safe place to grow.

Support education through school sponsorships, learning resources, and language programs.

Nurture each child with love, dignity, and opportunity
— regardless of borders or background.
PROGRAMMES
01
LEADERSHIP HOME.
We nurture each child’s potential and purpose, giving them the chance to heal, grow, and dream of a brighter future.
In the mountainous heart of Chiang Dao, Leadership Home is a beacon of hope for hill tribe children who have been abandoned, orphaned, or displaced by poverty and conflict.
We rescue children from vulnerable situations and welcome them into a safe, loving space where their basic needs, like food, shelter, education, and security are met. But our mission goes beyond survival.

We believe every child is a future leader and that’s why we named this place Leadership Home.

02
CHIANG DAO ARENA & ACADEMY.
Chiang Dao Arena & Academy is where passion becomes purpose, and young talent transforms into opportunity.
Chiang Dao Arena & Academy offers underprivileged youth a place to train professionally, build character, and pursue scholarships at high school and university levels.
Here, football becomes a pathway to a better life. Through disciplined coaching, players prepare for league competition and dream of becoming professional footballers, turning passion into a sustainable career.

Our partnership with Chiang Mai Football
Club ensures that rising talent is recognised, supported, and connected to real opportunities in the sport.

03
VOLUNTEER
PROGRAMME.
At the heart of our work in Chiang Dao is a simple belief: change begins with presence.

Our volunteer programme welcomes individuals to step into the everyday rhythms of Leadership Home and its surrounding communities. More than lending a hand, volunteers become
part of a shared journey of healing, learning, and hope.

From planting rice fields and supporting eco-projects to helping with daily tasks, volunteers play a vital role in sustaining both the land and the lives within it. Working alongside children and staff, they contribute to a home built on trust, dignity, and care.
But the impact goes beyond the work. Volunteering is deeply relational. Reading stories, sharing meals, playing, and simply showing up. In these moments, children feel safe, seen, and supported.
We also welcome those with specific skills. Educators, artists, builders, athletes, whose expertise can equip children with tools for lifelong learning and growth.
Our volunteer work also extends into nearby villages, where we build, plant, and support families in need. Through these shared acts of service, we see lives transformed within the community, and within the hearts of those who come to serve.

04
CHILD SPONSORSHIP.
A bridge of compassion.
A hand reaching across borders to say: “You are not forgotten. You are not alone.”
Child Sponsorship is a LIFELINE for the children at Leadership Home.
These are children abandoned by poverty, conflict, or displacement. Many have no family, no citizenship, and no voice. But with child sponsorship, they can gain more than survival. They can gain new hope for life; security, education, and a sustainable future.

You can change a life by sponsoring a child for just $40 per month.

It’s more than a sponsorship program. It’s a direct connection between you and a vulnerable child.

05
YOUTH LEADERSHIP & VOCATIONAL
TRAINING.
We equip hill tribe youths with practical skills, purpose, and confidence to thrive.

We believe youth are not
just the future,they are
the present.
Our youths receives hands-on training
in areas such as:

-
Embroidery, sewing, and traditional crafts
-
Baking, cooking, and barista skills
-
Agriculture, hospitality, and housekeeping
-
Sales, stock checking, and basic business skills

Guided by a senior-junior mentorship model, youth learn to lead, support one another, and grow together in a positive environment.

Every activity builds confidence, self-reliance, and opportunity, turning daily skills into
lifelong change.
